Delivery, Payment and Return Policy
The General Terms and Conditions of Business are binding for all product purchases on the IMI Defense, Inc. website between IMI Defense and its customers. These terms and conditions are subject to change and any changes will be incorporated into the terms and conditions posted to this website. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
Orders / Delivery
The purchaser is required to comply with all applicable legal requirements and, if the goods are transferred to third parties, this requirement is also to applicable to such third parties.
Confirmation of a placed order will be sent by email indicating the total value of the merchandise, tax (if bought in Israel) and shipping costs. Buyer requested changes or cancellations must be made prior to receiving a tracking number . A reprocessing charge may apply to changes to the confirmation. After a tracking number has been sent, all orders are final. Shipment of the ordered products is dependent on IMI Defense’s receipt of complete and unrestricted payment.
Delivery shall be made after receipt of full payment. IMI Defense reserves the right to make partial deliveries. The costs for subsequent deliveries arising from this shall be for the account of IMI Defense. If a product cannot be shipped immediately, it shall be shipped later as soon as it is available and shall not incur any charge for shipment. Delivery shall be made as long as products remain in stock. The buyer shall be informed should a product not be available. IMI Defense products are shipped worldwide.
Shipping and handling charges will depend on the destination and the value of the order. IMI Defense has the right to determine the best carrier for the shipment. Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery. IMI Defense is not responsible for any extra, unexpected and unknown charges that may accrue at the destination country, including charges such as customs and V.A.T. charges.
The buyer confirms that any products ordered by the buyer on IMI Defense website can be subjected to destination’s country laws and restrictions and these will not be on IMI Defense liability. If an order is failed to be cleared from customs in importation by the buyer, extra charges can be applied (returned shipment) and refund for the purchase won’t be made.
Payment Conditions
The payment options indicated in the online shop are the only options permitted for payment. Confirmation of the received total payment will be emailed. Any changes to the confirmation information must be made up to receiving a tracking number.
Return Policy
Due to Israel’s importation regulations, IMI Defense is not able to accept returns. All sales are final. If the buyer receives a faulty item, the buyer must contact IMI Defense within 48 hours of receipt of the item to discuss a replacement. The buyer will need to show proof of the item’s defectiveness through photographs and other information requested by IMI Defense. No replacement is guaranteed. Discontinued products are not subject to replacement.

IMI Defense Guarantee
The IMI Defense product guarantee includes the fulfillment of the product performance parameters in accordance with the agreed valid product specifications detailed on the website or supplied with the product.
Notice of Disclaimer of Liability
IMI Defense will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unauthorized repairs and adjustments, neglect, and unreasonable or unsafe use of the IMI Defense product or the firearm on which the product may be used. IMI Defense assumes no responsibility for damage and/or injury caused in whole or in part by the product, its use on a firearm, or the use of the firearm itself. Under no circumstances shall IMI Defense be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property arising out of misuse of an IMI Defense product, negligence, unsafe handling or unauthorized modifications to the product or the firearm on which the product may be used.
Law / Place of Jurisdiction
The offer and order as well as the objects and services contained therein are subject exclusively to the laws of the State of Israel.
